Mycopunk separates employee/account progression from class upgrade grids. Gats, upgrade points, and Saxonite serve different purposes; the available patch notes do not present them as one XP bar.
Early-access Steam guides describe a player level that unlocks upgrade rarity and a separate grid for each class. A May 2026 player note says item level 10 adds a column and level 30 opens an exotic rotation. Those are player-reported milestones, not independently verified 2.0.2 rules.
Panels level is its own search. In the hub, panels are the upgrade surface. If a video says spend Gats and the button takes upgrade points, trust the button. Where to spend Gats is the vendor, not the skill node.
Resetting points
