What we can fix
Send the URL, the sentence that is wrong, and the source that contradicts it. A Steam news link or a store screenshot is enough. We update the checked date when the sentence changes.
We cannot recover a save, refund a purchase, or lift a ban. Those requests need the platform that charged you.
What we will not do by email
We do not send keys, and we do not help people find a cracked build. The download page lists Steam and PlayStation only.
If you are the developer or publisher and a page misstates your game, the same address is the right one. Include the page URL.
